Founded by Carol, a daughter to a mother and a mother to a daughter, she is the embodiment of the American dream. Carol inherited three generations of culinary wisdom, with each dish crafted from secret recipes passed down by her grandmother and mother. With extensive experience in Japanese cuisine, Carol has seamlessly blended these unique skills with her family traditions to create distinctive and refined dishes.
The name "Dong Hao" symbolizes Eastern wisdom and the protection of a moat, as well as a serene and leisurely lifestyle and extensive connections. Each dish is a perfect blend of tradition and modernity, a tribute to family heritage, and a confident step towards the future.
